Marina Cantina Bartender
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at our lakeside retreat on the stunning Boardwalk Marina Cantina on Lake Coeur d'Alene. This position offers the opportunity to work in a picturesque setting, serving a diverse clientele of guests seeking relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable experiences. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our lakeside establishment.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving drinks
Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
Providing great customer service
Handling payments
Ensuring responsible alcohol service
Inventory management
Good communication skills
Needs knowledge of drink recipes and basic bartending techniques
Preferably 1 year bartending experience
Compensation:
$12 hour plus tips
Job Requirements:
Minimum age of 19 years old
Pre-employment drug testing and background checks required
This position includes shifts during Holidays, Nights, and Weekends
